By using Charting Desk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Charting Desk is a browser-based charting tool for research and education. It is provided as-is, may change, and may be withdrawn at any time. Market data is unofficial and may be delayed or incomplete; see the Disclaimer. The service does not provide investment advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction. If accounts are offered, you are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through it.

Plans and payment

The service is currently offered at no charge. Paid plans may be introduced later. If you buy a plan, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase, together with any applicable taxes. We may change or end plans, and we will give notice where required.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not disrupt or overload it or the underlying data sources, do not scrape or bulk-download in a way that burdens providers, do not resell access or data obtained through the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The application, its name and its branding belong to their respective owners. Third-party data, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service, including indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and disputes are subject to its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have where you live.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
