Charting Desk is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance, Marketstack, the European Central Bank, ForexRateAPI, or any other exchange, data provider, broker or financial institution. "We", "us" and "the service" mean the operator of Charting Desk.

Market data

Market data is supplied by third-party providers: crypto from Binance, forex from European Central Bank reference rates (daily) and ForexRateAPI (intraday), and US stock and ETF data from Marketstack, a licensed provider. Those providers prepare and control their data; we do not create or edit it, and it does not reflect our views. The providers do not endorse or approve the data, give investment advice or recommend any asset, and do not endorse each other's data. You must use the data in accordance with the providers' policies and with the laws, rules and regulations that apply to you. It is provided for your personal reference in the app and must not be redistributed, published or used to build a competing data product without prior written permission.

No guarantee

Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, reformatted or unavailable at any time, and may stop working without notice. Neither we nor the providers warrant its timeliness, accuracy, completeness, sequence or availability, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay, error, inaccuracy or omission in the data.

Not a broker, not advice

Charting Desk is not a broker, dealer, exchange or investment adviser. It does not execute orders, hold funds or trade on your behalf, and you cannot buy or sell anything through the service. The service and everything in it are provided for research and education only. Nothing is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Automated features such as idea detection, scans, auto levels, structure detection and value zones are computational outputs, not opinions we hold or suggestions we make. All investing involves risk; past performance does not guarantee future results, and diversification does not assure a profit or protect against loss. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their results.

Availability, interruptions and force majeure

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the service, with or without notice, including for maintenance and updates, and are not liable for any resulting loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delay, suspension or interruption of the service or data caused by your network or device, by any exchange or third-party provider, or by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labour dispute, accident, government action, communications or power failure, or equipment or software malfunction.

Your responsibility and local law

The service is operated from the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its use or distribution would be contrary to law. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, and for deciding whether the service and its data are appropriate for your circumstances.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or its data, including indirect or consequential loss and lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Trademarks

Third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the sources of data.
