The short version: no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your charts and settings stay on your device. We process a small amount of extra data only if you choose to create an account or buy a paid plan.

What stays on your device

Your charts, drawings, watchlists, workspaces and preferences are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB and localStorage). They stay on your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser storage, or using the in-app data tools, removes them.

What we do not do

We do not run usage analytics or telemetry, show advertising, use tracking pixels or third-party trackers, build a profile of you, or sell data. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details to use the charting features.

Accounts and payments

Optional accounts and paid subscriptions may be introduced. If you create an account or subscribe, we will process only what is needed to run it, such as your email address, an authentication identifier, your plan and entitlement status, and confirmation of payment from our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your charts, drawings and usage are never part of an account and are not uploaded. If these features are not offered in your edition, this section does not apply to you.

Network requests and hosting

To show charts, your browser contacts the market data sources directly (Binance, and Yahoo Finance in the desktop edition). Those providers may see your IP address and request details under their own privacy policies. The site is served through a content delivery network, which may process standard request logs such as IP address and user agent to operate and protect the service.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser storage or using the in-app tools. If you have an account, you can contact us to access, correct or delete your account data, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential service emails.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
