Charting Desk is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance, Yahoo, or any other exchange, data provider, broker or financial institution. In these pages, "we", "us" and "the service" mean the operator of Charting Desk.

Market data

Market data is retrieved from public, unofficial interfaces: Binance for crypto assets, and Yahoo Finance for certain other asset classes in the desktop edition. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, reformatted or unavailable at any time, and it may stop working without notice. No warranty is given about its timeliness, accuracy, completeness or availability. It is not licensed market data and must not be redistributed or used to build a competing data product.

Not advice

The service and everything in it are provided for research and education only. Nothing is financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Automated features such as trading ideas, scans, auto levels, structure detection and value zones are computational outputs, not opinions we hold or suggestions we make. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their results.

Your responsibility and local law

The service is operated from the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its use or distribution would be contrary to law. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, and for deciding whether the service and its data are appropriate for your circumstances.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or its data, including indirect or consequential loss and lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
